Update: Outlook Express

To update your Outlook Express client to work with Hosted Mail:

  1. Open Outlook Express
  2. Click the Tools menu, and select Accounts...
  3. Click the Mail tab, select the Hosted Mail account, and click Properties
Internet Accounts
  1. Click the Servers tab and select "My server requires authentication"
Servers Tab
  1. Click the Advanced tab
    • Incoming server must be 995, and must use SSL encryption
    • Outgoing server must be 465, SSL encryption
Advanced Tab
  1. Click OK, then Close
