Mailbag: How To Turn On/Off AutoMark Fast Track Items

Dear Emerald Connect: My boss uses AutoMark for recruiting and asked Automark tech support to turn off the automatic hot topics blast email. We now have a new list and DO NOT want the hot topics automatic email to be sent to those individuals either. How do I turn this function off or can you do it? Emerald Connect: Thank you for contacting Emerald Support and providing us with the opportunity to serve you. The emails that Emerald sends out are found under Fast Tracks/Continuous Content/Basic Information. If you view the Basic Information for the upcoming month you can see if it has a Hot Topic. You can then disable that Basic Information track for that month or you can disable it entirely if you wish.
